DocQ-Smart™ has three very important features to support a company’s document compliance requirements.

The audit control system tracks all activities associated with the lifecycle of a document. This includes the creation, annotation, change, and version control of a document. The audit system notes each and every change down to the page position level of a document.

The Retention Enforcement System allows a site administrator to apply a company’s retention policy to documents managed by DocQ-Smart. This insures that documents are retained and protected in the system per a company’s policy or any mandated state or federal agency. This allows a company’s administrator to easily determine the disposition of documents at the end of their associated retention period.

The Centralized Change Control System is ideal for companies that product standardized legal forms and documents that require change control. Ever changing state and federal laws dictate changes to company standardized contracts. With DocQ-Smart, a company document manager can apply up-dates and changes to a document and publish for corporate-wide use. This ensures that employees always use the latest approved company contract. No more rustling through your briefcase to find an outdated non-compliant contract!
