DocQ-Smart™ is a “Green” product that supports a company specific workflow process. Based on the way your company conducts business today, DocQ-Smart can be designed to facilitate the efficient processing of system generated orders.
DocQ-Smart utilizes queues that can be assigned to specific groups or users in an organization. Based on the defined process, an order or task requiring action will appear in a queue for completion. If action is not taken on an item listed in a queue, the system can escalate to a manager’s queue.
A typical scenario is when a sales person is working on a proposal for a prospective customer. In many instances, it takes more than one person to complete and approve a sales proposal in an organization. DocQ-Smart is used to collaborate with all necessary individuals or groups within a company to complete and approve pricing in the proposal. An HQ approved proposal will then appear back in the sales person’s queue for presentation to the prospect. Once the sales person presents the proposal to the prospect, the proposal can be moved to an order and the approving signature can be captured directly onto the order (if the sales person is using a pen-enabled tablet). The sales order will then immediately appear in the appropriate HQ queue for further processing.
