DocQ-Smart™ is the answer for a company to become Green friendly. Anything you can do with paper, you can do with DocQ-Smart. The product will allow you to create original documents in native file formats (such as Microsoft Word or Excel) to publish, share or collaborate with your fellow employees or team members. DocQ-Smart will also allow you to import files from a wide range of file formats. You can even create file templates to standardize the use of forms, contracts, and forms throughout your organization. Advanced security features protect who can view, access, or edit any documents.

DocQ-Smart allows you to combine, comment, and edit documents to fit your business needs. All access, activities, and changes to documents are recorded in the systems audit tracking system. Documents can be saved in a common readable file format (i.e. PDF) to facilitate ease in sharing documents. DocQ-Smart supports collaboration through its client-based interface, email, or a web browser.

DocQ-Smart will allow you to export, email, or fax any file directly from the system. This eliminates the typical office practice of printing the document from your computer then walking over to the mechanical fax machine to transmit it.
